Information we collect

If you submit a project request, we collect the details you provide, typically first name, last name, mobile phone, email, ZIP or service address, project type, and project description. We also receive basic technical data such as IP address and submission time for security and rate-limiting.

Browsing public pages may create standard server logs (IP, user agent, pages requested). We do not require an account to browse contractor listings.

How we use it

We use quote-request information to:

• Route your project to up to 3 asphalt service pros who may contact you about the job by phone, email or text
• Email our team a copy of the lead for follow-up and quality control
• Detect abuse (spam, bots, excessive submissions) and keep the form working
• Improve Main Street matching and site reliability

Main Street and up to 3 matched service pros may contact you about your request. We do not distribute your contact details as a bulk list to unrelated third parties for unrelated marketing.

Sharing

Project leads may be shared with up to 3 asphalt contractors involved in fulfilling your request. We may also use hosting, email, and security providers that process data only to run the service. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect users and the platform from fraud or abuse.

Calls and text messages

If you check the consent box on our quote form, Main Street Asphalt Paving and up to 3 asphalt contractors matched to your request may contact you about that project by phone, email and text message, including automated or autodialed text messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase. We keep a record of your consent (the consent wording shown, the time, and your IP address) with your request.

• Reply STOP to any text to opt out of texts from that sender; reply HELP for help.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• We do not sell your phone number or share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties except the matched contractors fulfilling your request and service providers that deliver messages for us.
• To stop all contact from Main Street or ask about your data, email support@mainstreetasphaltpaving.com.

Retention

Lead records are kept as long as needed for matching, operations, dispute handling, and legitimate business records, then deleted or anonymized when no longer required.

Security

We use reasonable technical measures (HTTPS, rate limits, and anti-bot checks such as honeypot fields) to protect submissions. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

Your choices

You can decline to submit a quote request. If you already sent one and want it corrected or removed from our lead file, email support@mainstreetasphaltpaving.com with enough detail for us to locate the submission. Contractors who already received your lead control their own copies under their policies.

Children

Main Street is intended for adults seeking paving services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Updates

We may revise this policy as practices change. The date at the top of this page will be updated when we do.
