Information we collect

If you submit a project request, we collect the details you provide—typically first name, last name, mobile phone, email, ZIP or service address, project type, and project description. We also receive basic technical data such as IP address and submission time for security and rate-limiting.

Browsing public pages may create standard server logs (IP, user agent, pages requested). We do not require an account to browse contractor listings.

How we use it

We use quote-request information to:

• Route your project to asphalt service pros who may contact you about the job
• Email our team a copy of the lead for follow-up and quality control
• Detect abuse (spam, bots, excessive submissions) and keep the form working
• Improve AsphaltPros matching and site reliability

A service pro may contact you about your request. We do not distribute your contact details as a bulk list to unrelated third parties for unrelated marketing.

Sharing

Project leads may be shared with asphalt contractors or partners involved in fulfilling your request. We may also use hosting, email, and security providers that process data only to run the service. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect users and the platform from fraud or abuse.

Retention

Lead records are kept as long as needed for matching, operations, dispute handling, and legitimate business records, then deleted or anonymized when no longer required.

Security

We use reasonable technical measures (HTTPS, rate limits, and anti-bot checks such as honeypot fields) to protect submissions. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

Your choices

You can decline to submit a quote request. If you already sent one and want it corrected or removed from our lead file, email jonny@demolitionmarketers.com with enough detail for us to locate the submission. Contractors who already received your lead control their own copies under their policies.

Children

AsphaltPros is intended for adults seeking paving services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Updates

We may revise this policy as practices change. The date at the top of this page will be updated when we do.
