Who we are

Main Street Asphalt Paving (mainstreetasphaltpaving.com) helps homeowners and property managers find local asphalt paving, sealcoating, striping, and related contractors. Quote requests

When you submit contact details through our quote form, you ask us to share your project information with up to 3 asphalt service pros who may contact you about that job. Your details are used to fulfill that request, not sold as a general marketing list to unrelated businesses.

Submitting a request does not guarantee quotes, availability, pricing, or that a contractor will accept your job. Estimates and contracts are between you and the contractor.

Calls and text messages

When you check the consent box and send a quote request, you agree that Main Street Asphalt Paving and up to 3 asphalt contractors we match you with may contact you about that project by phone, email and text message at the phone number and email you provided, including automated or autodialed text messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase; you can get quotes by contacting a contractor directly instead.

• Opt out: reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving texts from that sender. Reply HELP for help, or email support@mainstreetasphaltpaving.com.
• Frequency and cost: message frequency varies with your request. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• No sale of numbers: we do not sell your phone number or share it with third parties for their own marketing. It is shared only with the contractors (up to 3) matched to your request.

Contractors who receive your request are independent businesses and are responsible for their own calls and messages, including honoring opt-out requests.

Listings and content

Contractor profiles may include public business information, photos, and reviews from third-party sources or from the business itself. We aim for useful, accurate listings but do not warrant that every detail is complete or current. Paid and freemium listings may differ in features.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site: no automated scraping that harms the service, no fake quote requests, no attempts to disrupt or bypass security controls, and no unlawful content. We may refuse or remove submissions that look abusive or fraudulent.

Limitation of liability

Main Street provides the website and matching tools on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for contractor workmanship, project outcomes, scheduling, or damages arising from your use of the site or from communications with contractors you meet through Main Street.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms. Material updates will be reflected by the date at the top of this page.
