Who we are

AsphaltPros (mainstreetasphaltpaving.com) helps homeowners and property managers find local asphalt paving, sealcoating, striping, and related contractors. We are a directory and lead-request service operated for AsphaltPros / Main Street Asphalt Paving marketing.

Quote requests

When you submit contact details through our quote form, you ask us to share your project information with one or more asphalt service pros who may contact you about that job. Your details are used to fulfill that request—not sold as a general marketing list to unrelated businesses.

Submitting a request does not guarantee quotes, availability, pricing, or that a contractor will accept your job. Estimates and contracts are between you and the contractor.

Listings and content

Contractor profiles may include public business information, photos, and reviews from third-party sources or from the business itself. We aim for useful, accurate listings but do not warrant that every detail is complete or current. Paid and freemium listings may differ in features.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site: no automated scraping that harms the service, no fake quote requests, no attempts to disrupt or bypass security controls, and no unlawful content. We may refuse or remove submissions that look abusive or fraudulent.

Limitation of liability

AsphaltPros provides the website and matching tools on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for contractor workmanship, project outcomes, scheduling, or damages arising from your use of the site or from communications with contractors you meet through AsphaltPros.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms. Material updates will be reflected by the date at the top of this page.
